RYCHNOVSKÁ OSMIČKA 2014 – 56. ROČNÍK
Soutěž neprofesionálních filmů s mezinárodní účastí

Rychnov nad Kněžnou 12. – 14. září 2014

• Soutěže R8 se mohou účastnit všichni autoři s filmy, které splňují technické podmínky účasti na R8.
• Do soutěžní projekce postupují snímky vybrané předvýběrovou komisí.
• Soutěžní kolekci hodnotí odborná porota.

Soutěžní kategorie:
Soutěžní práce našich i zahraničních autorů se rozdělují do čtyř kategorií:

• reportáže
• dokumenty a vědeckopopulární tvorba
• hraná tvorba
• školní práce
• ostatní – animovaná, experimentální, alternativní tvorba, klip...

Ceny

• V rámci soutěže bude udělena Hlavní cena (krajka) a v každé kategorii zlatá, stříbrná a režná krajka.
• Kromě toho budou uděleny zvláštní ceny věnované pořadateli a sponzory soutěže.
• Porota má právo některou z cen neudělit, případně ji přesunout do jiné kategorie.
• Oceněný snímek nepřítomného autora ztrácí nárok na věcnou cenu.

• Soutěžní projekce R8 se mohou účastnit autoři se snímky na DVD a Blu-ray discích.
• Doporučená délka soutěžních snímků do 20 minut.
• Organizátoři nepřejímají odpovědnost za ztrátu nebo poškození zásilky během poštovní přepravy.
• Ke každému soutěžnímu snímku je nutno připojit vyplněný EVIDENČNÍ LIST.
• Soutěžní snímky budou vráceny pouze přítomným autorům. Ostatní zůstávají v archivu pořadatele.

• Jeden autor snímku zařazeného do soutěžní kolekce bude mít částečně hrazeny náklady spojené s účastí na soutěži (netýká se zahraničních účastníků).
• Dalším hostům se rezervují noclehy – po zaslání přihlášky.
• Při prezenci bude od všech přítomných vybírán účastnický poplatek ve výši 130 Kč.

• Soutěžní snímky spolu s evidenčním listem a přihláškou k účasti zašlete do 28. srpna 2014.
• LVI R8 bude zahájena v pátek 12. září 2014 v 16.00 hodin v Pelclově divadle v Rychnově nad Kněžnou a ukončena vyhlášením výsledků soutěže v neděli 14. září 2014 v 11.00 hodin.
• Zasláním snímků do soutěže autor souhlasí se zařazením do veřejné projekce.
• Součástí každého ročníku R8 jsou veřejné projekce vybraných snímků v Pelclově divadle.
• Autorům přijatých filmů bude zasláno upozornění poštou nebo e-mailem.

• In the R8 competition all authors may take part with films which meet the technical conditions of the R8 participation.
• The films chosen by a special jury are promoted to the competition projection.
• The films to be appreciated are chosen by a jury of professionals.

• The jury of professionals will award the Grand Prize of the Festival as well as the Gold, Silver and Greige Lace in each category.
• In addition, organizers and sponsors of the festival will also award some special prizes.
• The jury has the right not to award any of the prizes or shift them to another category.
• The awarded film of an absent author loses the pretention to a financial or material prize.

• All film makers may take part in the R8 competition with films on DVD and Blu-ray disc.
• The recommended running times are up to 20 minutes.
• The organizers cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage during mail transport.
• It is necessary to attach an evidence card to each film.
• Competition films will be returned only to authors who are present.
• The others will stay in the archive of the organizer.

• One author of a film chosen for the competition set will partly get the charges connected with his participation reimbursed (this does not concern participants from abroad).
• Accommodation for other guests can be reserved upon receiving an application.
• The participation fee of 130 Czech crowns will be paid at the attendance.

• Competition films together with the evidence card and application form must be sent by 28st August 2014. The R8 will be opened on Friday, 12th September, at 4.00 p. m., in the Pelcl Theatre of Rychnov nad Kněžnou, and closed with a publication of the results of the competition on Sunday, 14th September, at 11.00 a. m.
• By sending the films to the competition the author agrees with the inclusion to the public projection.
• Public projections of promoted films in the Pelcl Theatre of Rychnov nad Kněžnou are part of each annual of the R8.
• The authors of the promoted films will be sent a notice by mail or e-mail.

• An dem R8-Wettbewerb können alle Autoren mit den Filmen teilnehmen, die den technischen Bedingungen der Teilnahme entsprechen.
• In die Wettbewerbsprojektion kommen diejenigen Aufnahmen weiter, die von der Vorauswahljury gewählt wurden.
• Die Wettbewerbskollektion wird von einer Fachjury bewertet.

• Spielfilme 
• Schularbeiten
• Andere Produktion

• Im Rahmen des Wettbewerbes werden ein Hauptpreis und in jeder Kategorie eine Goldene, Silberne und Naturspitze zugeteilt.
• Au3erdem werden noch Sonderpreise der Organisatoren und Sponsoren des Wettbewerbes verliehen.
• Die Jury hat das Recht, einige Preise nicht zu erteilen oder in eine andere Kategorie zu verschieben.
• Die bewertete Aufnahme des fehlenden Autoren verliert den Anspruch auf finanziellen und sachlichen Preis.

• An der R8-Wettbewerbsprojektion können Autoren mit Aufnahmen auf DVD und Blu-ray disc.
• Die empfohlene Laufzeit der Wettbewerbsaufnahmen beträgt höchstens 20 Minuten.
• Die Organisatoren übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Verlust oder Beschädigung der Sendungen währen des Postverkehrs.
• Zu jeder Wettbewerbsaufnahme ist es nötig, eine ausgefüllte Evidenzkarte beizulegen.
• Die Wettbewerbsaufnahmen werden nur den anwesenden Autoren zurück gegeben. Die anderen bleiben im Archiv des Organisatoren.

• Ein Autor der Aufnahme, die in die Wettbewerbskollektion ausgewählt wird, bekommt die Kosten mit der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb teilweise gedeckt (das betrifft nicht die ausländischen Teilnehmer).
• Weiteren Gästen werden‚ Übernachtungen reserviert – nach Versendung der Anmeldung.
• Am Empfang bezahlen alle Anwesenden eine Teilnahmegebühr in der Höhe von 130 tschechischen Kronen.

• Senden Sie Wettbewerbsaufnahmen mit der Evidenzkarte und Anmeldung bis zum 28. August 2014. Die R8 wird am Freitag, den 12. September 2014 um 16.00 Uhr im Pelcl Theater in Rychnov nad Kněžnou eröffnet und mit Bekanntmachung der Resultate des Wettbewerbes am Sonntag, den 14. September 2014 um 11.00 Uhr abgeschlossen.
• Mit der Zusendung der Aufnahme bestimmt der Autor die Einreihung in die öffentliche Projektion.
• Öffentliche Projektionen der ausgewählten Aufnahmen im Pelcl Theater sind ein Teil jedes Jahrganges der R8.
• Den Autoren der ausgewählten Filme wird ein Hinweis per Post oder Email zugesendet.
